A Letter from Instreamatic CEO: Introducing Speaky
Hi everyone,
At Instreamatic, it’s our mission to transform the way brands connect and communicate with their customers. Today’s consumer no longer wants to be talked to by brands — they want to be heard.
Three years ago we introduced Voice Ads, and since then we’ve enabled more than 1 billion real-time conversations between brands and their customers on audio streaming apps around the world.
Now, I’m excited to announce that we’re opening our latest voice product, Speaky, to a broader audience.
Speaky is my favorite kind of product — it’s incredibly simple to use but built on deep and thorough patented technology that we’ve developed over the last several years.
Speaky enables live, honest and actionable spoken communication with brands.
Voice is the most effective way to communicate thoughts, emotions and feelings, so you can think of Speaky as the packet that contains all that meaning and conveys it to a business or brand.
You can implement Speaky almost anywhere you’d find a customer touchpoint: on premise or online via email, newsletter or social media.
From a consumer perspective, you simply click a link or scan a QR code and… speak. Customers can say as much or as little as they want knowing that their voice will be heard. Like all great innovations, it feels like something we should all already be using.
From a business perspective, a brand doesn’t need to build tailored apps for a hardware device or use a third party voice app. It works wherever the consumer comes into contact with the brand, leveraging the device that they always have on them — their phone.
We’ve found so many great use cases where our customers are already using Speaky to connect with their customers: hotels, magazines, catering companies, retailers and podcasters.
Due to the success we’ve seen, it’s time to officially debut this product to the world and continue to transform the customer experience with voice.
I hope you enjoy the simplicity of Speaky and don’t hesitate to get in touch. Better yet — send me a Speaky.
Yours,
Stas Tushinskiy
